Privacy Policy

ReviewRig (reviewrighq.com) is an early-access service for local businesses. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect on this website and what we do with it. No legal maze — if anything is unclear, just email us.

What we collect

What you give us: when you join the early access list, we collect exactly what you type into the signup form — your business name, business type, email address, and phone number. We don't ask for or store payment information at this stage.

What we measure: we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Vercel Analytics) to see basic visit statistics — things like page views and which country visitors come from. It does not track you across other websites, and we don't use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks.

How we use it

One purpose only: to run ReviewRig's early access. That means contacting you to set up your account, answering your questions, and sending occasional product updates. We will never sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Where it lives

Signup information is stored securely with Supabase (our database provider) and email lives in Google Workspace. These providers store data on our behalf and can't use it for their own purposes. Only the ReviewRig team can access your information.

How long we keep it

For as long as you're on the early access list or a customer. If you ask to be removed, we delete your information promptly — usually within a few days.

Your choices

Want to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email ferhan@reviewrighq.com and we'll take care of it — no forms, no hoops. Every marketing email we send also includes a way to opt out.

Changes

As ReviewRig grows from early access into a full product (including SMS features), we'll update this policy and change the date at the top. If a change meaningfully affects your data, we'll email you about it first.
